How long does it take to complete a translation?
Translation turnaround is primarily based on the word count volume. A translator can typically translate between 1000 to 2000 words per day depending on subject matter, legibility, and content access. Additional time may be needed for project management, editing, quality control, formatting, localization, and administration of which we will account for in our estimate.

How do I know I am getting a quality translation?
All translations pass through multiple levels of quality control. The text is translated by a qualified translator. It is then edited by a independent editor for accuracy and consistency. Lastly, we have a third language professional conduct quality review to make sure the deliverables meet source standards and conform to client specifications including formatting and any other considerations.
The Project Manager (PM)works with Resource Management to select the qualified linguists who are subject matter experts. The PM then monitors the linguists performance to ensure timely and accurate translations.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable Project Managers are available to answer your questions 24/7/365 and by phone, email, or other designated means of communication.
What do I need to get started?

Can I provide feedback on my translation?
Indeed! You are the owner of your content, as with the translation, and your input and guidance are critical to the success of the translation. Points to consider are the purpose of translation, audience for translation, terminology, helpful links, glossaries, and so on.
